Ingredients

  • 2.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)

  • 1.00 whole Avocado (sliced)
  • 0.50 whole Cucumber (diced)
  • 0.50 cups Edamame
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut sushi-grade tuna into cubes
  2. Marinate tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions
  3. Cook rice and let cool slightly
  4. Arrange rice in bowls
  5. Top with marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, and edamame
  6. Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds
