Ingredients
- 4.00 whole Pork Chop
- 0.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
- 1.50 cups Bread (breadcrumbs)
- 3.00 tablespoons Butter
- 0.25 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1.00 whole Lemon (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Pound pork chops very thin between plastic wrap
- Season with salt and pepper
- Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs
- Coat each cutlet in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs
- Heat oil and butter in a large skillet
- Fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden
- Serve with lemon wedges and potato salad
