Ingredients

  • 4.00 whole Pork Chop
  • 0.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
  • 1.50 cups Bread (breadcrumbs)
  • 3.00 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.25 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1.00 whole Lemon (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Pound pork chops very thin between plastic wrap
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs
  4. Coat each cutlet in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs
  5. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet
  6. Fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and potato salad
