- 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
- 0.50 cups Cornstarch
- 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
- 0.50 cups Orange Juice
- 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2.00 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 3.00 tablespoons Sugar
- 1.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
- 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 0.50 cups Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
- Coat chicken in cornstarch and egg, fry until crispy
- Make sauce with orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and ginger
- Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce
- Toss fried chicken in orange sauce
- Garnish with orange zest and sesame seeds
- Serve over rice
