Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
  • 0.50 cups Cornstarch
  • 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
  • 0.50 cups Orange Juice
  • 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2.00 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 3.00 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 0.50 cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
  2. Coat chicken in cornstarch and egg, fry until crispy
  3. Make sauce with orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and ginger
  4. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce
  5. Toss fried chicken in orange sauce
  6. Garnish with orange zest and sesame seeds
  7. Serve over rice
