Ingredients
- 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 1.00 slices Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1.00 cups Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 3.00 whole Egg
- 2.00 tablespoons Dill (chopped)
- 6.00 tablespoons Butter
- 0.25 cups Olive Oil
Instructions
- Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until softened
- Add spinach and cook until wilted
- Remove from heat and mix with feta cheese, eggs, and dill
- Layer phyllo sheets in baking dish, brushing each with melted butter
- Spread spinach mixture over phyllo
- Top with more phyllo sheets, brushing with butter
- Score top into squares and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until golden
