Ingredients

  • 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 slices Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1.00 cups Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 3.00 whole Egg
  • 2.00 tablespoons Dill (chopped)
  • 6.00 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.25 cups Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until softened
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted
  3. Remove from heat and mix with feta cheese, eggs, and dill
  4. Layer phyllo sheets in baking dish, brushing each with melted butter
  5. Spread spinach mixture over phyllo
  6. Top with more phyllo sheets, brushing with butter
  7. Score top into squares and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until golden
