Ingredients
- 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
- 0.50 cups Coconut milk
- 2.00 tablespoons Curry Powder
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 0.50 cups Peanut Butter
- 2.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2.00 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1.00 tablespoons Honey
Instructions
- Cut chicken into strips and thread onto skewers
- Marinate with coconut milk, curry powder, and garlic
- Grill or broil skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning once
- Make peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey
- Thin sauce with warm water if needed
- Serve skewers with peanut sauce for dipping
