Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
  • 0.50 cups Coconut milk
  • 2.00 tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 0.50 cups Peanut Butter
  • 2.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2.00 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1.00 tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into strips and thread onto skewers
  2. Marinate with coconut milk, curry powder, and garlic
  3. Grill or broil skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning once
  4. Make peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey
  5. Thin sauce with warm water if needed
  6. Serve skewers with peanut sauce for dipping
