Ingredients
- 3.00 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 6.00 tablespoons Butter
- 2.00 whole Egg
- 1.00 slices Ground Beef
- 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 1.00 teaspoons Cumin
- 1.00 teaspoons Paprika
- 0.25 cups Raisins
- 0.25 cups Olives (sliced)
Instructions
- Make dough by mixing flour, butter, egg, and water, refrigerate 30 minutes
- Brown ground beef with onions and garlic
- Add cumin, paprika, raisins, and olives to beef
- Roll out dough and cut into circles
- Place filling on one half of each circle
- Fold over and crimp edges with a fork
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until golden
