Ingredients

  • 3.00 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 6.00 tablespoons Butter
  • 2.00 whole Egg
  • 1.00 slices Ground Beef
  • 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1.00 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.25 cups Raisins
  • 0.25 cups Olives (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Make dough by mixing flour, butter, egg, and water, refrigerate 30 minutes
  2. Brown ground beef with onions and garlic
  3. Add cumin, paprika, raisins, and olives to beef
  4. Roll out dough and cut into circles
  5. Place filling on one half of each circle
  6. Fold over and crimp edges with a fork
  7. Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until golden
