Ingredients

  • 1.00 slices Pork Tenderloin (sliced)
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2.00 tablespoons Honey
  • 1.00 cups Carrot (julienned)
  • 1.00 whole Radish (sliced)
  • 3.00 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1.00 whole Baguette
  • 2.00 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.50 whole Cucumber (sliced)
  • 0.25 cups Cilantro
  • 1.00 whole Jalapeno (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Marinate pork with garlic, soy sauce, and honey for 1 hour
  2. Quick pickle carrots and radish in vinegar and sugar
  3. Grill or pan-fry pork until cooked through
  4. Slice baguette lengthwise and toast lightly
  5. Spread mayonnaise on bread
  6. Layer pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño
  7. Serve immediately
