Ingredients
- 1.00 slices Pork Tenderloin (sliced)
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 2.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2.00 tablespoons Honey
- 1.00 cups Carrot (julienned)
- 1.00 whole Radish (sliced)
- 3.00 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1.00 tablespoons Sugar
- 1.00 whole Baguette
- 2.00 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 0.50 whole Cucumber (sliced)
- 0.25 cups Cilantro
- 1.00 whole Jalapeno (sliced)
Instructions
- Marinate pork with garlic, soy sauce, and honey for 1 hour
- Quick pickle carrots and radish in vinegar and sugar
- Grill or pan-fry pork until cooked through
- Slice baguette lengthwise and toast lightly
- Spread mayonnaise on bread
- Layer pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño
- Serve immediately
