Ingredients

  • 2.00 cups White Rice (cooked)
  • 3.00 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 8.00 pinch Crab (imitation crab)
  • 1.00 whole Avocado (sliced)
  • 0.50 whole Cucumber (julienned)
  • 0.25 cups Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice and season with rice vinegar
  2. Place nori sheet on bamboo mat
  3. Spread rice evenly over nori, leaving 1 inch at top
  4. Place crab, avocado, and cucumber in a line across center
  5. Roll tightly using the bamboo mat
  6. Slice into 8 pieces with a sharp wet knife
  7. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger
