Ingredients
- 2.00 cups White Rice (cooked)
- 3.00 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 8.00 pinch Crab (imitation crab)
- 1.00 whole Avocado (sliced)
- 0.50 whole Cucumber (julienned)
- 0.25 cups Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice and season with rice vinegar
- Place nori sheet on bamboo mat
- Spread rice evenly over nori, leaving 1 inch at top
- Place crab, avocado, and cucumber in a line across center
- Roll tightly using the bamboo mat
- Slice into 8 pieces with a sharp wet knife
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger
