Ingredients

  • 1.00 slices Crab (lump crab)
  • 0.25 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1.00 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1.00 whole Egg
  • 0.50 cups Bread (breadcrumbs)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
  • 1.00 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1.00 whole Lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat with mayonnaise, mustard, and egg
  2. Add breadcrumbs, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning
  3. Form mixture into patties
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet
  6. Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes per side until golden
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce
