Ingredients

- 1.00 whole Egg
- 0.50 cups Bread (breadcrumbs)
- 2.00 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
- 1.00 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1.00 whole Lemon
Instructions
- Mix crab meat with mayonnaise, mustard, and egg
- Add breadcrumbs, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning
- Form mixture into patties
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up
- Heat oil in a large skillet
- Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes per side until golden
- Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce
