Ingredients

  • 2.00 slices Beef Steak (cut into cubes)
  • 2.00 whole Onion (diced)
  • 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 3.00 tablespoons Paprika
  • 2.00 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 4.00 cups Beef Broth
  • 1.00 whole Canned Tomatoes (14oz can)
  • 2.00 whole Potato (cubed)
  • 0.50 cups Sour Cream
  • 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into 1-inch cubes
  2. Heat oil in a large pot and brown beef in batches
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened
  4. Add garlic and paprika, cook for 1 minute
  5. Return beef to pot with tomato paste, beef broth, and tomatoes
  6. Add potatoes and caraway seeds
  7. Simmer covered for 2 hours until beef is tender
  8. Season with salt and pepper, serve with sour cream
