Ingredients
- 2.00 slices Beef Steak (cut into cubes)
- 2.00 whole Onion (diced)
- 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (diced)
- 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 3.00 tablespoons Paprika
- 2.00 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 4.00 cups Beef Broth
- 1.00 whole Canned Tomatoes (14oz can)
- 2.00 whole Potato (cubed)
- 0.50 cups Sour Cream
- 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cut beef into 1-inch cubes
- Heat oil in a large pot and brown beef in batches
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened
- Add garlic and paprika, cook for 1 minute
- Return beef to pot with tomato paste, beef broth, and tomatoes
- Add potatoes and caraway seeds
- Simmer covered for 2 hours until beef is tender
- Season with salt and pepper, serve with sour cream
