Ingredients
- 4.00 whole Pork Chop
- 0.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
- 1.50 cups Bread (panko)
- 2.00 cups Cabbage (shredded)
- 0.50 cups Japanese BBQ Sauce
- 0.50 cups Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Pound pork chops to even thickness
- Season with salt and pepper
- Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs
- Coat each pork chop in flour, then egg, then panko
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry pork for 5-6 minutes per side until golden
- Drain on paper towels and slice
- Serve with tonkatsu sauce, cabbage, and rice
