Ingredients

  • 4.00 whole Pork Chop
  • 0.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
  • 1.50 cups Bread (panko)
  • 2.00 cups Cabbage (shredded)
  • 0.50 cups Japanese BBQ Sauce
  • 0.50 cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Pound pork chops to even thickness
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs
  4. Coat each pork chop in flour, then egg, then panko
  5. Heat oil to 350°F and fry pork for 5-6 minutes per side until golden
  6. Drain on paper towels and slice
  7. Serve with tonkatsu sauce, cabbage, and rice
