Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 2.00 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 8.00 whole Tortilla
  • 1.00 whole Enchilada Sauce (15oz can)
  • 0.50 cups Sour Cream
  • 0.25 cups Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cook and shred chicken breast
  2. Mix chicken with half of the cheese
  3. Warm tortillas to make them pliable
  4. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up
  5. Place seam-side down in a baking dish
  6. Pour enchilada sauce over rolled tortillas
  7. Top with remaining cheese
  8. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until bubbly
