Ingredients
- 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)
- 2.00 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 8.00 whole Tortilla
- 1.00 whole Enchilada Sauce (15oz can)
- 0.50 cups Sour Cream
- 0.25 cups Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook and shred chicken breast
- Mix chicken with half of the cheese
- Warm tortillas to make them pliable
- Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up
- Place seam-side down in a baking dish
- Pour enchilada sauce over rolled tortillas
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes until bubbly
