Ingredients

  • 3.00 slices Pork Tenderloin (cut into chunks)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Cumin
  • 2.00 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 0.50 cups Orange Juice
  • 0.25 cups Lime Juice
  • 2.00 teaspoons Salt
  • 8.00 whole Tortilla
  • 0.50 cups Salsa
  • 0.25 cups Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cut pork shoulder into large chunks
  2. Season with cumin, oregano, garlic, and salt
  3. Place pork in slow cooker with orange juice and lime juice
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender
  5. Shred meat with forks
  6. Broil shredded meat for 5 minutes to crisp edges
  7. Serve in tortillas with salsa, cilantro, and lime
