Ingredients
- 3.00 slices Pork Tenderloin (cut into chunks)
- 2.00 tablespoons Cumin
- 2.00 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 0.50 cups Orange Juice
- 0.25 cups Lime Juice
- 2.00 teaspoons Salt
- 8.00 whole Tortilla
- 0.50 cups Salsa
- 0.25 cups Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Cut pork shoulder into large chunks
- Season with cumin, oregano, garlic, and salt
- Place pork in slow cooker with orange juice and lime juice
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender
- Shred meat with forks
- Broil shredded meat for 5 minutes to crisp edges
- Serve in tortillas with salsa, cilantro, and lime
