Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

  • 4.00 whole Chicken Breast
  • 0.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2.00 tablespoons Butter
  • 2.00 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 8.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 cups White Wine (Marsala)
  • 0.50 cups Chicken Broth
  • 0.25 cups Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts thin and season with salt and pepper
  2. Dredge chicken in flour
  3. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet
  4. Cook chicken until golden, set aside
  5. Sauté mushrooms and garlic in the same pan
  6. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes
  7. Return chicken to pan and cook for 5 more minutes
  8. Garnish with parsley
