Ingredients
- 4.00 whole Chicken Breast
- 0.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2.00 tablespoons Butter
- 2.00 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 8.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 1.00 cups White Wine (Marsala)
- 0.50 cups Chicken Broth
- 0.25 cups Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts thin and season with salt and pepper
- Dredge chicken in flour
- Heat oil and butter in a large skillet
- Cook chicken until golden, set aside
- Sauté mushrooms and garlic in the same pan
- Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes
- Return chicken to pan and cook for 5 more minutes
- Garnish with parsley
