- 4.00 cups White Rice (cooked and cooled)
- 3.00 whole Egg
- 1.00 cups Frozen Peas
- 0.50 cups Carrot
- 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)
- 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Use day-old cooked rice for best results
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat
- Scramble eggs in the wok, break into pieces
- Add rice and break up any clumps
- Add frozen peas and carrots
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over rice
- Toss everything together and garnish with green onions
