Ingredients

  • 4.00 cups White Rice (cooked and cooled)
  • 3.00 whole Egg
  • 1.00 cups Frozen Peas
  • 0.50 cups Carrot
  • 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Use day-old cooked rice for best results
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat
  3. Scramble eggs in the wok, break into pieces
  4. Add rice and break up any clumps
  5. Add frozen peas and carrots
  6. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over rice
  7. Toss everything together and garnish with green onions
