Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
  • 0.50 cups Cornstarch
  • 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
  • 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
  • 1.00 cups Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 1.00 cups Pineapple (chunks)
  • 0.50 cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
  2. Coat chicken in cornstarch and egg, then fry until crispy
  3. Set chicken aside and drain oil
  4. In the same pan, sauté bell peppers and onions
  5. Add sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, and bring to simmer
  6. Toss chicken in sauce and serve over rice
