Ingredients
- 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
- 0.50 cups Cornstarch
- 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
- 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
- 1.00 cups Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1.00 cups Pineapple (chunks)
- 0.50 cups Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
- Coat chicken in cornstarch and egg, then fry until crispy
- Set chicken aside and drain oil
- In the same pan, sauté bell peppers and onions
- Add sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, and bring to simmer
- Toss chicken in sauce and serve over rice
