Ingredients

  • 6.00 whole Bacon (strips)
  • 6.00 whole Egg
  • 1.50 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1.00 cups Gruyere Cheese (shredded)
  • 0.25 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1.00 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.50 teaspoons Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, chop into pieces
  3. Press pie crust into a tart pan
  4. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
  5. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over crust
  6. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing
