Ingredients
- 6.00 whole Bacon (strips)
- 6.00 whole Egg
- 1.50 cups Heavy Cream
- 1.00 cups Gruyere Cheese (shredded)
- 0.25 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1.00 teaspoons Salt
- 0.50 teaspoons Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Cook bacon until crispy, chop into pieces
- Press pie crust into a tart pan
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
- Sprinkle bacon and cheese over crust
- Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing
