Ingredients

  • 4.00 slices Pork Tenderloin
  • 2.00 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
  • 3.00 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2.00 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2.00 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 2.00 teaspoons Salt
  • 1.00 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 8.00 whole Bagel

Instructions

  1. Rub pork shoulder with paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
  2. Let meat sit at room temperature for 1 hour
  3. Place in slow cooker or roasting pan
  4. Cook at 225°F for 8 hours or until meat pulls apart easily
  5. Shred meat with two forks
  6. Mix with BBQ sauce
  7. Serve on buns with coleslaw
