Ingredients
- 4.00 slices Pork Tenderloin
- 2.00 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- 3.00 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2.00 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2.00 tablespoons Onion Powder
- 2.00 teaspoons Salt
- 1.00 cups BBQ Sauce
- 8.00 whole Bagel
Instructions
- Rub pork shoulder with paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
- Let meat sit at room temperature for 1 hour
- Place in slow cooker or roasting pan
- Cook at 225°F for 8 hours or until meat pulls apart easily
- Shred meat with two forks
- Mix with BBQ sauce
- Serve on buns with coleslaw
