Ingredients

  • 4.00 whole Chicken Breast
  • 0.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 4.00 tablespoons Butter
  • 2.00 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 cups Chicken Broth
  • 0.25 cups Lemon Juice
  • 3.00 tablespoons Capers
  • 1.00 teaspoons Salt
  • 1.00 teaspoons Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts thin and season with salt and pepper
  2. Dredge chicken in flour
  3. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet
  4. Cook chicken until golden, about 4 minutes per side, set aside
  5. Add garlic to pan and cook for 30 seconds
  6. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes, then whisk in butter
  8. Return chicken to pan and serve with sauce over pasta
