Ingredients
- 4.00 whole Chicken Breast
- 0.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 4.00 tablespoons Butter
- 2.00 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 1.00 cups Chicken Broth
- 0.25 cups Lemon Juice
- 3.00 tablespoons Capers
- 1.00 teaspoons Salt
- 1.00 teaspoons Black Pepper
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts thin and season with salt and pepper
- Dredge chicken in flour
- Heat butter and oil in a large skillet
- Cook chicken until golden, about 4 minutes per side, set aside
- Add garlic to pan and cook for 30 seconds
- Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then whisk in butter
- Return chicken to pan and serve with sauce over pasta
