Ingredients

  • 1.00 slices Beef Steak (thinly sliced)
  • 4.00 cups Broccoli
  • 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2.00 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
  • 1.00 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Slice beef thinly and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch
  2. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain
  3. Heat oil in a wok over high heat
  4. Stir-fry beef until browned, set aside
  5. Add garlic and ginger to wok, stir-fry for 30 seconds
  6. Return beef to wok with broccoli
  7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, toss well
  8. Serve over rice
