Ingredients
- 1.00 slices Beef Steak (thinly sliced)
- 4.00 cups Broccoli
- 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2.00 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 1.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
- 1.00 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch
- Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat
- Stir-fry beef until browned, set aside
- Add garlic and ginger to wok, stir-fry for 30 seconds
- Return beef to wok with broccoli
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, toss well
- Serve over rice
