Ingredients

  • 4.00 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2.00 whole Lemongrass (stalks, smashed)
  • 2.00 pinch Ginger (sliced)
  • 8.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
  • 1.00 slices Shrimp
  • 3.00 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 3.00 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1.00 tablespoons Chili Sauce
  • 0.25 cups Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil
  2. Add lemongrass, ginger, and lime leaves
  3. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink
  5. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro
  7. Serve hot with rice
