Ingredients
- 4.00 cups Chicken Broth
- 2.00 whole Lemongrass (stalks, smashed)
- 2.00 pinch Ginger (sliced)
- 8.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
- 1.00 slices Shrimp
- 3.00 tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 3.00 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1.00 tablespoons Chili Sauce
- 0.25 cups Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Bring chicken broth to a boil
- Add lemongrass, ginger, and lime leaves
- Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add shrimp and cook until pink
- Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste
- Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro
- Serve hot with rice
