Ingredients

  • 3.00 cups White Rice (cooked)
  • 0.75 slices Beef Steak (thinly sliced)
  • 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2.00 cups Spinach (blanched)
  • 1.00 cups Carrot (julienned)
  • 4.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
  • 4.00 whole Egg
  • 2.00 tablespoons Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions
  2. Marinate beef strips in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar
  3. Sauté spinach, carrots, mushrooms, and bean sprouts separately
  4. Cook beef in a hot pan until browned
  5. Fry eggs sunny-side up
  6. Arrange rice in bowls, top with vegetables, beef, and egg
  7. Serve with gochujang sauce on the side
