Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
- 0.50 cups Greek Yogurt
- 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 2.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
- 2.00 tablespoons Garam Masala
- 4.00 tablespoons Butter
- 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
- 2.00 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1.00 whole Canned Tomatoes (14oz can)
- 1.00 cups Heavy Cream
- 0.25 cups Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and garam masala for 1 hour
- Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through, set aside
- Melt butter in a large pan and sauté onions until golden
- Add garlic, ginger, and tomato paste, cook for 2 minutes
- Pour in canned tomatoes and heavy cream, simmer for 15 minutes
- Add chicken pieces and cook for 10 more minutes
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan bread
