Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
  • 0.50 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Garam Masala
  • 4.00 tablespoons Butter
  • 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1.00 whole Canned Tomatoes (14oz can)
  • 1.00 cups Heavy Cream
  • 0.25 cups Cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and garam masala for 1 hour
  2. Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through, set aside
  3. Melt butter in a large pan and sauté onions until golden
  4. Add garlic, ginger, and tomato paste, cook for 2 minutes
  5. Pour in canned tomatoes and heavy cream, simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Add chicken pieces and cook for 10 more minutes
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan bread
