Ingredients
- 6.00 cups Chicken Broth
- 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2.00 pinch Ginger (sliced)
- 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 12.00 pinch Ramen Noodles
- 1.00 slices Pork Tenderloin (sliced)
- 4.00 whole Egg
- 3.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Make broth by simmering chicken broth with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 20 minutes
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions
- Slice pork tenderloin and sear in a hot pan
- Soft-boil eggs for 6 minutes, then peel
- Divide noodles among bowls
- Ladle hot broth over noodles
- Top with pork slices, egg halves, and green onions
