Ingredients

  • 6.00 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2.00 pinch Ginger (sliced)
  • 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 12.00 pinch Ramen Noodles
  • 1.00 slices Pork Tenderloin (sliced)
  • 4.00 whole Egg
  • 3.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Make broth by simmering chicken broth with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 20 minutes
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions
  3. Slice pork tenderloin and sear in a hot pan
  4. Soft-boil eggs for 6 minutes, then peel
  5. Divide noodles among bowls
  6. Ladle hot broth over noodles
  7. Top with pork slices, egg halves, and green onions
