Ingredients

  • 2.00 slices Potato (peeled and cubed)
  • 1.50 slices Ground Beef
  • 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
  • 1.00 cups Carrot (diced)
  • 1.00 cups Frozen Peas
  • 1.00 cups Beef Broth
  • 2.00 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4.00 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.50 cups Milk

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk
  2. Brown ground beef with onions, carrots, and peas
  3. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Transfer meat mixture to a baking dish
  5. Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top
  6. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes until golden
