Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 4.00 cups White Rice (cooked and cooled)
  • 3.00 whole Egg
  • 1.00 cups Carrot (diced)
  • 1.00 cups Frozen Peas
  • 3.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook rice and let it cool completely (day-old rice works best)
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat
  3. Scramble eggs, then set aside
  4. Stir-fry garlic, peas, carrots, and green onions for 2 minutes
  5. Add rice and break up any clumps
  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, toss well
  7. Return eggs to wok and mix through
