Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 4.00 cups White Rice (cooked and cooled)
- 3.00 whole Egg
- 1.00 cups Carrot (diced)
- 1.00 cups Frozen Peas
- 3.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cook rice and let it cool completely (day-old rice works best)
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat
- Scramble eggs, then set aside
- Stir-fry garlic, peas, carrots, and green onions for 2 minutes
- Add rice and break up any clumps
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, toss well
- Return eggs to wok and mix through
