Ingredients
- 1.50 slices Ground Beef
- 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
- 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 1.00 whole Marinara Sauce (24oz jar)
- 2.00 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1.00 whole Egg
- 1.00 cups Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 2.00 cups Mozzarella (shredded)
- 12.00 whole Lasagna Noodles
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onions and garlic
- Add marinara sauce and simmer for 15 minutes
- Mix ricotta cheese with egg and parmesan
- Layer sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish
- Repeat layers twice
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes
- Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until bubbly
