Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Ground Beef
  • 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
  • 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 whole Marinara Sauce (24oz jar)
  • 2.00 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1.00 whole Egg
  • 1.00 cups Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2.00 cups Mozzarella (shredded)
  • 12.00 whole Lasagna Noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onions and garlic
  2. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 15 minutes
  3. Mix ricotta cheese with egg and parmesan
  4. Layer sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish
  5. Repeat layers twice
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes
  7. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until bubbly
