Ingredients

  • 6.00 whole Tomato (chopped)
  • 1.00 whole Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 0.50 whole Onion (chopped)
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 0.25 cups Olive Oil
  • 2.00 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1.00 teaspoons Salt
  • 1.00 teaspoons Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion
  2. Add vegetables to a blender with garlic
  3. Pour in olive oil, red wine vinegar, and a splash of water
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
  7. Garnish with diced cucumber and croutons
