Ingredients
- 6.00 whole Tomato (chopped)
- 1.00 whole Cucumber (chopped)
- 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 0.50 whole Onion (chopped)
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 0.25 cups Olive Oil
- 2.00 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1.00 teaspoons Salt
- 1.00 teaspoons Black Pepper
Instructions
- Roughly chop tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion
- Add vegetables to a blender with garlic
- Pour in olive oil, red wine vinegar, and a splash of water
- Blend until smooth
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
- Garnish with diced cucumber and croutons
