Ingredients
- 4.00 whole Chicken Breast
- 1.00 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2.00 whole Egg (beaten)
- 1.00 cups Bread (breadcrumbs)
- 0.50 cups Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1.50 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1.00 cups Mozzarella (shredded)
- 0.25 cups Olive Oil
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness
- Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan
- Bread each chicken piece by coating in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
- Fry chicken in oil until golden brown on both sides
- Place chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until cheese is melted
- Serve over spaghetti
