Ingredients
- 2.00 cups Broccoli (florets)
- 2.00 whole Carrot (sliced)
- 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 8.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
- 1.00 whole Zucchini (sliced)
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 1.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
- 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds
- Add harder vegetables like broccoli and carrots first, stir-fry for 3 minutes
- Add softer vegetables like bell peppers and mushrooms, stir-fry for 2 minutes
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, toss well
- Serve over rice
