Ingredients

  • 2.00 cups Broccoli (florets)
  • 2.00 whole Carrot (sliced)
  • 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 8.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
  • 1.00 whole Zucchini (sliced)
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
  • 3.00 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds
  4. Add harder vegetables like broccoli and carrots first, stir-fry for 3 minutes
  5. Add softer vegetables like bell peppers and mushrooms, stir-fry for 2 minutes
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, toss well
  7. Serve over rice
