Ingredients
- 1.50 slices Beef Steak (cut into strips)
- 8.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
- 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 2.00 cups Beef Broth
- 2.00 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1.00 cups Sour Cream
- 12.00 pinch Egg Noodles
- 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cut beef steak into thin strips
- Heat oil in a large pan and brown beef in batches, set aside
- Sauté onions and mushrooms until softened
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 10 minutes
- Return beef to pan, add sour cream and heat through
- Serve over cooked egg noodles
