Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Beef Steak (cut into strips)
  • 8.00 pinch Mushroom (sliced)
  • 1.00 whole Onion (diced)
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 2.00 cups Beef Broth
  • 2.00 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1.00 cups Sour Cream
  • 12.00 pinch Egg Noodles
  • 2.00 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut beef steak into thin strips
  2. Heat oil in a large pan and brown beef in batches, set aside
  3. Sauté onions and mushrooms until softened
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
  5. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Return beef to pan, add sour cream and heat through
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles
