Ingredients

  • 0.25 cups Basil (fresh leaves)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, and water to form pizza dough
  2. Knead dough for 10 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour
  3. Roll out dough into a large circle
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough
  5. Top with sliced mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil
  6. Bake at 475°F for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden
  7. Top with fresh basil leaves before serving
