- 8.00 pinch Mozzarella (sliced)

- 0.25 cups Basil (fresh leaves)
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, and water to form pizza dough
- Knead dough for 10 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour
- Roll out dough into a large circle
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough
- Top with sliced mozzarella and drizzle with olive oil
- Bake at 475°F for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden
- Top with fresh basil leaves before serving
