Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Beef Steak (thinly sliced)
  • 0.25 cups Soy Sauce
  • 2.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 3.00 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 1.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
  • 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 2.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Slice beef steak thinly against the grain
  2. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for marinade
  3. Marinate beef for at least 30 minutes or overnight
  4. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over high heat
  5. Cook beef in batches for 2-3 minutes per side
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, serve with rice
