Ingredients
- 1.50 slices Beef Steak (thinly sliced)
- 0.25 cups Soy Sauce
- 2.00 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 3.00 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 4.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 1.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
- 1.00 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 2.00 whole Green Onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Slice beef steak thinly against the grain
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for marinade
- Marinate beef for at least 30 minutes or overnight
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over high heat
- Cook beef in batches for 2-3 minutes per side
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, serve with rice
