Ingredients
- 1.00 slices Spaghetti
- 6.00 whole Bacon (strips)
- 3.00 whole Egg
- 2.00 whole Egg Yolk
- 1.00 cups Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1.00 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1.00 teaspoons Salt
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente
- While pasta cooks, fry bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces
- Whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and grated parmesan cheese
- Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water
- Return pasta to pot, add bacon and remove from heat
- Quickly stir in egg mixture, adding pasta water to create a creamy sauce
- Season with black pepper and serve immediately
