Ingredients

  • 1.00 slices Spaghetti
  • 6.00 whole Bacon (strips)
  • 3.00 whole Egg
  • 2.00 whole Egg Yolk
  • 1.00 cups Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1.00 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1.00 teaspoons Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente
  2. While pasta cooks, fry bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces
  3. Whisk together eggs, egg yolks, and grated parmesan cheese
  4. Drain pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water
  5. Return pasta to pot, add bacon and remove from heat
  6. Quickly stir in egg mixture, adding pasta water to create a creamy sauce
  7. Season with black pepper and serve immediately
