Ingredients

  • 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 0.50 whole Red Onion (sliced)
  • 0.50 cups Olives
  • 0.25 cups Olive Oil
  • 2.00 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1.00 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 0.50 cups Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • 1.00 teaspoons Salt

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces
  2. Slice red onion thinly
  3. Combine vegetables in a large bowl with olives
  4. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently
  6. Top with crumbled feta cheese
