- 1.00 whole Bell Pepper (chopped)

- 0.50 cups Olives
- 0.25 cups Olive Oil
- 2.00 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1.00 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 0.50 cups Feta Cheese (crumbled)

Instructions
- Chop tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces
- Slice red onion thinly
- Combine vegetables in a large bowl with olives
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently
- Top with crumbled feta cheese
