Ingredients

  • 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
  • 0.50 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Garam Masala
  • 1.00 whole Onion
  • 1.00 whole Canned Tomatoes (14oz can)
  • 1.00 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2.00 tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 0.25 cups Cilantro
  • 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
  • 0.50 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
  • 2.00 tablespoons Garam Masala
  • 1.00 whole Onion
  • 1.00 whole Canned Tomatoes (14oz can)
  • 1.00 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2.00 tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 0.25 cups Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with yogurt, garlic, ginger, and garam masala for 30 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a large pan and cook chicken pieces until browned, then set aside
  3. In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until softened
  4. Add canned tomatoes, heavy cream, garam masala, and curry powder, simmer for 15 minutes
  5. Return chicken to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice
