- 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
- 0.50 cups Greek Yogurt
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 2.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
- 2.00 tablespoons Garam Masala
- 1.00 whole Onion
- 1.00 whole Canned Tomatoes (14oz can)
- 1.00 cups Heavy Cream
- 2.00 tablespoons Curry Powder
- 0.25 cups Cilantro
- 1.50 slices Chicken Breast (cut into pieces)
- 0.50 cups Greek Yogurt
- 3.00 liters Garlic (minced)
- 2.00 tablespoons Ginger (minced)
- 2.00 tablespoons Garam Masala
- 1.00 whole Onion
- 1.00 whole Canned Tomatoes (14oz can)
- 1.00 cups Heavy Cream
- 2.00 tablespoons Curry Powder
- 0.25 cups Cilantro
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with yogurt, garlic, ginger, and garam masala for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a large pan and cook chicken pieces until browned, then set aside
- In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until softened
- Add canned tomatoes, heavy cream, garam masala, and curry powder, simmer for 15 minutes
- Return chicken to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice
