Ingredients
- 1.50 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3.50 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1.00 tablespoons Sugar
- 0.25 teaspoons Salt
- 1.25 cups Milk
- 3.00 tablespoons Butter
- 1.00 whole Egg
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined
- Heat griddle over medium heat and lightly grease
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle
- Cook until bubbles form on surface, then flip and cook until golden brown
