Instructions

- Place your frying pan on the burner and turn it to medium heat or just below before spreading some olive oil inside the pan.
- Place your chopped onions, bell peppers, and ham into the pan and let cook for about 5-6 minutes, mixing every so often.
- Once your onions, bell peppers, and ham are lightly sautéd, add in your whisked eggs and distribute proportionately throughout the pan.
- Place a lid on top of the pan and let cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked and puffy.
- Remove the lid and add in your cheese on top of your egg proportionally, then put the lid back on and let cook for about 1-2 minutes.
- Once the cheese is melted, use a spatula and flip half of the egg onto the other side, creating a crescent shape.
- Carefully plate your dish, excercising caution as to not break the crescent shape or the egg.
- Enjoy!
